Businesscenter Onyx - Reuse Building as Capital
The new business center Onyx was extended in the north-east and south-west with an office wing in the depth of the building. The existing facades were thermally renewed. For the new facades, the existing balcony structures and metal profiles were dismantled and reused on the new facades. This strategy reduced the use of gray energy and generated significantly lower costs compared to a new building.
